Charmaine is a graduate in Leadership and Management for Health and Social care Services. She has over 15years experience in Managing the Operational and Contractual requirements for Domiciliary and Nursing Care Services in both Northern and Southern Ireland. She is the Responsible person for both Ann’s Nursing care and Ann’s Care homes.
In her role with Ann’s Nursing care and Ann’s Care Homes, Charmaine is responsible for ensuring the Operational Management of both the agency and our Care Homes in compliance with legislatory and Regulatory requirements. She also manages complaints, training requirements and supports our RGN with revalidation.
In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys hiking and cycling i.e. when she has time off from chauffeuring her 2 children to their various sporting activities!
Chloe joined the Ann’s Nursing Care team in late 2018, prior to which she spent 3 years working in addiction and mental health services as a sessional counsellor.
In her previous role she gained extensive knowledge in the provision of support to those having experienced trauma, abuse, depression, mental health issues & drug and alcohol addiction, which has provided valuable insight to the recruitment aspect of our service.
Chloe oversees the placement of staff to hospital shifts in her role with ANC. She is also responsible for Nursing and residential facilities in Counties Fermanagh, Tyrone and L’Derry.
Outside of work Chloe enjoys skiing, horse riding and spending time socialising with friends.
Gemma joined Ann’s Nursing care in October 2019 following 10 years in customer facing roles in Retail. Within this time she worked her way up from sales assistant to Deputy Manager before spending 6 years in business management roles within the sector.
Gemma initially joined ANC in the role of administrator, before progressing to the role of Area Manager for facilities in Antrim, Belfast and North Down within the company.
Outside of work she enjoys going on holidays, spending time socialising with her family and friends and is a talented make up artist!
Laura has a degree in Computing technologies and prior to joining Ann’s Nursing care she spent a number of years working as an IT technician in various companies; which led to a high level of IT competency. She took up the position of administrator in December 2019.
Laura’s role with Ann’s Nursing Care is to support the recruitment, finance and general administration function of the company.
Outside of her role with ANC, Laura is FPOS (first person on the scene) trained and currently works part time for an independent ambulance service. In her free time, she enjoys reading, meeting friends, going to the gym and playing Xbox!
Michelle has 10 years’ experience in Recruitment, the last 4 years of which have been spent focusing on creating Temporary and Permanent staffing solutions for the Healthcare industry.
Michelle has gained a reputation for providing swift solutions for all facilities she manages. Her established working relationships, experience and dedication continue to bring positive outcomes in assisting potential future staffing requirements for our clients.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a keen snooker enthusiast!
Nadine joined Ann’s Nursing Care in 2019 having previously worked for 2 years in a private healthcare facility as an Office Administrator.
In her role with Ann’s Nursing Care, Nadine assists with ongoing recruitment and the compliance of personnel & training files ensuring the documentation, training and development is up to date. She monitors the daily compliance function and reports to the Operations Manager. She also supports the general administrative function of Ann’s Nursing Care and Ann’s Care Homes.
Outside of work Nadine enjoys taking her dog for walks, movies, concerts and spending time with friends and family.
Prior to taking up the position of Finance Manager for Ann’s Nursing care in 2018, Robert spent 15years holding positions of seniority within the accounts departments of various private Healthcare Organisations In his native Scotland. His background has afforded him valuable knowledge and skills in various financial and accounting functions, including: financial planning, client account management, staff payroll, reporting and credit control; which compliment his current role.
Outside of work Robert is an avid follower of sport, a self-confessed movie buff and likes attending music gigs. However, with a toddler at home, hobbies are out the window!
Susanna started with Ann’s Home Care in 2013 as a Care Assistant whilst studying for her Finance Degree in the University of Ulster. After completing her degree Susanna was appointed to the role of Team Leader in Belfast and then became Area Manager for Armagh and Dungannon as a maternity post.
Susanna joined Ann’s Nursing Care in May 2019 and is responsible for the management of the Armagh, Banbridge and Newry area.
Outside of work Susanna likes to partake in baking and meeting up with friends to keep herself occupied in her spare time!
