Criteria

Cooks must have a minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety & Hygiene or equivalent and knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points). Suitable candidates are also required to have a minimum of 6 months experience.

  • Completed and signed Application form
  • Proof of Identity (Passport or Birth certificate & Licence/photographic ID)
  • Proof of qualification
  • National insurance proof
  • Proof of address (utility bill)
  • Health Declaration (verified by Practitioner)
  • Willingness to undertake Access NI Check
