Criteria
Cooks must have a minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety & Hygiene or equivalent and knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points). Suitable candidates are also required to have a minimum of 6 months experience.
- Completed and signed Application form
- Proof of Identity (Passport or Birth certificate & Licence/photographic ID)
- Proof of qualification
- National insurance proof
- Proof of address (utility bill)
- Health Declaration (verified by Practitioner)
- Willingness to undertake Access NI Check
Successful applicants will be required to complete In house induction training to include:
- Moving & Safe Handling of loads
- Basic First Aid
- Infection Control
- Safe Guarding
- Fire Safety
- Health and Safety, COSHH,
- Basic Food safety
- Record Keeping
