Team Leaders must have a Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or appropriate equivalent) and a minimum of 1 year experience in leading/managing a team in a Health & Social care setting or
Level 3 in Health & social care (or appropriate equivalent) and 2 years’ paid employment experience in a health and social care setting. Candidates must also have appropriate skills to manage the needs of those with learning disability, mental Health or challenging behaviour.
